“Managing a Growing Business”

The objectives of the course are:
1- Develop a hands on understanding of the critical
success factors in the successful growth of
entrepreneurial and other ventures. 2-
Develop your skills for critical and analytical thinking
problem identification, and problem solving, including
“back of the envelope” quantitative analysis, and for
the application of your creativity to business problems.
In addressing these issues, the course involves the
application of strategic tools with real world examples.
The real world examples and applications of the tools
will come from cases and from material brought in by
participant and the lecturer. Because of the relatively
small class size, the course will be conducted in an
open discussion, workshop-style format.
The seminar will be divided into two parts (2 days, one
day a week for two weeks). Each participant will have
the chance to enroll either in the two parts (days) or
select one of the two days to participate in.

The cost per day will be 150 JOD. If a participant
wants to enroll in the two days the cost will be JOD
250.
Non Members:
The cost per day will be 200 JOD. If a participant
wants to enroll in the two days the cost will be JOD
